Assembly

We combine a number of small shipments from multiple parties into a single shipment or structure. Our assembly team will design and build a complete structural system to meet specific project demands using high quality fabricated parts, intricate enclosures or multidimensional mechanical assemblies.

Bending

We ensure that a bending test not only demonstrates the quality of our weld; it also gives top-class overall ductility. Our skilled welders are routinely testing their skills to perfection in order to give good welding procedures specifications (WPSs).

Finishing

Our welders are able perform all types of finishing work such as chipping, cleaning, or grinding the welds to applying paint or other protective surfaces needed to complete our clients’ designs.

Machining

Our machining processes include shearing and cropping; flame cutting or burning; arc plasma cutting; and cold sawing.

Painting

Painting is the primary way to guard steelwork from corrosion. We usually applied one coat of paint on top of another, each coat having a specific function. We also apply primer directly on to the cleaned steel surface for a strong painting finish.

Pipe Fabrication

Our pipe fabrications is the process of manufacturing predesigned piping systems for various uses. Pipe bending is a process in pipe fabrications we use to create pipe curvatures or bends at virtually any angle, depending on specification set by the client’s approved design.

Plasma Cutting

This is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. We combine precise computer numerical control (CNC) with our touches to allow machinist to produce parts that require little or no finishing.

Plate Cutting

Perform plate cutting that is correct and easy to assemble and weld with little or no post-cut cleanup. Perform plate cutting on low carbon steel plates, thin plates (1/4 in. or less), thicker plates 1/2 in., or very heavy cut on plate 12 in. or thicker; our equipment and machinist techniques are always near perfection on the first attempt.

Plate Fabrication

This is the building of metal structures by cutting, bending, and assembling processes. Our plate fabrication is a value added process that involves the construction of machines and structures from various raw materials.

Structural Steel Fabrication

Our structural fabrication of steel work is precise and of assured quality while efficient in terms of cost, time, and quality.

Tube Fabrication

Tube fabrication technology involves sawing (band, circular, and friction) and other cutting processes such as abrasive, flame, laser, oxyfuel, plasma, and waterjet. We also include forming processes such as bending end forming.

Welding

It is the joining process that produces coalescence of materials by heating them to the welding temperature, with or without the application of pressure or by the application of pressure alone, and with or without the use of filler metal. In simple word, our welding is the most economical and efficient way to join metals permanently to perfection the first time.
